It has two componants.

•A web based online application to streamline the Bunk activities and Fuel distribution to all Permit Holders.
•To bring all the Fuel Bunks managed by Matsyafed across the Marine Districts under one Hub.
•DBT for Fuel Subsidy.

Objectives of Fuel permit issuance System

•Increase the efficiency of the subsidy disbursal to the right fisherman inright time.
•Reduce pilferage , Eliminate middle layer in fuel procurement.
•Transparency in subsidy accounting.
•Helps the Govt to calculate budget estimate for the next financial year.
•Entitlement of fishing vessel for fuel permit is based on the Vessel Dimension Attributes.referential integrity with ReALCRaft , FIMS , SAGARA system.
